ƎNA is an avant-garde animation and game series created by Joel Guerra. It offers a mix of 2D and 3D animation that takes the viewer on a surreal journey through bizarre worlds and environments, meeting equally strange characters and situations through the perspective of the series's titular characters.^[1] Every single character is full of charm and unique personality, including various cultural references, lenguages and pop culture.
The first known creation of an ƎNA is from a Tweet by Joel Guerra, showing a short animated GIF of Ena followed by stating that he was thinking of making characters with strange designs in a nonsensical, colorful world.^[2]

The Main character, as the series name says, is ƎNA, a two-faced geometric girl with two sides that can switch at anytime, it's not like two personalities, it's more like her emotions. She's not two persons in one body, she's a single entity with different moods.

Why do I like it?

At the time the series came out I was a bit obsessed with it, in that moment I related a lot with the main character, I was 16 years old. I love the aesthetics and the narrative it manage, also I admire a lot the work of the animators into the series and into the videogame. It's a perfect product for us the old web fans, retro tech enthusiasts and vaporwave lovers.
A short story. For a short period of time I started to dislike ƎNA, mostly because I don't like fandoms and some of my prejudices maked me see the series and the characters with other eyes, but recently I got re-enchanted again by playing this awasome game and watching again this amazing series :-)

My favorite episode

Even if the series only got three episodes, I can name my favorite one: it is the second one, Extinction Party, because the cute message and the nice music, also the labyrinth part being a reference of the Windows 95 screensaver hehe pretty cool. I think it is the most webcore alike episode, at least for me :-D

My favorite characters

Froggy. He's my current most favorite character! He looks so silly and I like how he talks hhehe he's funny. Froggy is the deuteragonist of Dream BBQ, being a co-worker of ƎNA and having lot's of in-game appearances, he's always checking how ƎNA is doing at her work. He's like the comic relief into the story, making a lot of silly faces and funny dialogues.
Moony. One of my first favorite characters, Moony is the deuteragonist of the ƎNA webseries! She's possibly ƎNA's best friend. Moony actually has a disagreeable personality, being mean, judgmental and presumptuous a lot of times, she also loves making pun jokes, being all of them nonsence since the nature of the series.
Another characters I like: The Shaman, The Shepherd, Ulysses, The Suspicious Man, Unknown, Dahlia, Nonkey Jong, Heh-Ito... and the Talking Pants X-D
